From the moment I first got in touch with the office through to completion, the staff at Worthingtons Estate Agents have been nothing but accommodating. I needed to move quickly due to a divorce consent order with specific dates, and after explaining my situation to the team, they acted promptly and efficiently in every area. Their offices are clean and tidy and hold a nice atmosphere. During the property viewing, everything was thoroughly explained to me, including the history of the house, which was really important to know and something I greatly appreciated. The team enabled me to go back into the property at a later date with my architech so that I could start the process for building regulations as quickly as possible, The team are always available on phone or email and will do their best to accommodate your needs. Tina, in particular, was instrumental in helping to push the sale through quickly. She liaised with the solicitors and the property owner to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. This was an incredibly stressful time for me, moving on my own with three children, but the staff were professional, personable, and empathetic to my circumstances, which made the whole process feel much smoother and more manageable. I especially appreciated Tina’s efforts and would most definitely work with her again in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent. We placed our house on the market with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall.
